75 days. Delicious mild poblano chili relleno peppers can be grown just about anywhere. Peppers are very dark green, about 5.5" long, tapered 3.5" wide, medium thick fleshed and should always be cooked or roasted. Never eat raw. Roast these fresh chilies quickly and evenly on a rack over open flame, under broiler or grill. Skin can easily be removed by hand.
