80 - 85 days. A very uniform blocky shape averaging 22 - 24 pounds. The shape allows for a big heart and not unlike its name it’s very sweet. Strong vigorous plant provides a good cover to protect the fruit from the sun. Rind is similar to Crimson Sweet and the flesh is firm and dark pink in color. Available in large and small seed with the final product always being small seed.
